Background of the Company
The concept for myApricot was first discussed in early 2006 when its present management team of Dwayne Matthews and Matt Birch decided that the amalgamation of their very differing skill sets might offer a unique service in the north east border region of Ireland. This ambitious venture replaced earlier ideas of magazines and solo web site projects. Amalgamating photography, web based services and video production seamlessly was a tall order. The graduates took time to carefully consider many aspects of their ambitious venture.
The duo debated the various services they wished to offer and areas where improvements cold be made to their individual skill sets. The discussions yielded many positive results but something important became apparent, innovative ideas were ever present. Development and diversification of any and all products and services became the core ethos of the fledgling company. The co-founders of myApricot both agreed that a strong work ethic, honest and frank communication with clients, an exceptional standard and high priority on inventive thought were the key principles the company would be built upon.
